Why Dearborn? Dr. Farhat was raised in Dearborn, MI where he attended O.L. Smith Middle School, and Dearborn High School. Furthermore, Dr. Farhat continues to reside in the city of Dearborn. Upon completing his dental education at The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, Dr. Farhat wanted to return to his hometown to give back high quality dental care to the community.
What is Zenith? Zenith means the pinnacle or the highest point. This is the core of our mission, to provide the highest quality of dental care and elevate the standards and expectations for patients.

Your First Visit
1. Meet The Office
During your first visit, you will be introduced to members of the office as well as become familiar with your new dental home
3. Medical History
Upon completion of your medical history, our doctor will take the time to thoroughly review your history to ensure you are treated safely
5. Chief Concerns
Your chief concerns will enable our doctor to address the main reason for your visit and help alleviate any pain or discomfort
2. Personal History
Our doctor would like to give patients the opportunity to get to know him on a personal level as well as learn more about the person behind the teeth
4. Dental History
Your dental history will allow our doctor to learn more about your previous dental experiences and identify opportunities to make your experience more pleasant
6. Treatment Plan
Once our doctor has completed your comprehensive examination, a treatment plan will be deduced to guide you through your treatment

Meet The Doctor
Since entering dental school, Dr. Farhat has always strived for the highest level of quality dental care. Dr. Farhat attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn where he completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology. He then went on to the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor where he completed a one year Master's degree in Human Physiology as well as attaining his dental education at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.

Whenever Dr. Farhat is not in the clinic caring for his patients, he is spending time with his wife Nada and their new addition to the family, baby Jenna. Furthermore, Dr. Farhat enjoys outdoor activities as well as working and restoring vehicles at his father's auto repair shop.
